FAQ

When to order and send Save the Dates and Wedding Invitations, information on postage and more!

When should we book your services for wedding invitations?
For fully custom wedding invitations, 6-12 months in advance. This allows us enough time to go through unlimited revisions,  time to review your physical sample and make any changes, if any, as well as time for printing, production and assembly.

Physical samples take 2-3 weeks in production while full invitations take anywhere between 3-6 weeks, depending on complexity.   Design elements such as custom wax seals and white ink printing take a minimum production time of 3 weeks.

Please keep in mind, it is important to first confirm the exact start time of your ceremony with your venue prior to printing.  We can still work on the design months in advance and fill in final details, such as time, right before printing.
When should we send our Wedding Invitations?
I recommend sending your Wedding Invitations 2-3 months in advance with an RSVP date at least 1 month in advance.
When should we book your services for Save the Dates and when should we send them?
You should plan to send your save the dates 6-12 months in advance.  If having an out of state wedding,  inviting a lot of out of state guests, having a wedding during a holiday weekend or getting married on a week day, the earlier the better to allow for proper planning.

Please reach out at a minimum of three months in advance prior to your desired send date to begin the designing process.

How Many Save the Dates/Invitations should I order?
Keep in mind it is one per household.  I do recommend ordering an additional per household if there are any members 18+ residing in the same household.  I also recommend ordering a few additional as backups and keepsakes such as one for yourself to keep and for your photographer/videographer to capture the day of your wedding.
 Do you provide postage?
I do not.  You will need to provide postage per invitation and an additional stamp per RSVP card if requesting guests return their RSVPs via mail.

If you are adding anything to your save the dates or invitation suites such as a wax seals or tied ribbons, you would need to use a non-machinable stamp.  As an alternative option, you can request your mail to be "hand-cancelled" which does result in a red stamp on the envelope.

Please bring your sample to the post office once received so you are aware of proper postage needed.
Do you mail my invitations to my guests?
I do not.  I will provide you everything besides postage to assemble your invitations and mail yourself directly.
Can I add my wedding website to my Save the Dates/Wedding Invitations.
Absolutely!  I can print the link and create a QR code using your website link provided.
When should we book your services for your vending machine or day-of signage rentals?
ASAP!  I am now booking for 2026 and 2027 and dates are filling up fast.
